Measures 11-12 (and all the repeats of it): Tap first three notes with left hand, next three with right hand, next three with left, next three with right, and so on, until the last note which is tapped with the left hand.
Measure 29: End this measure on Ab (16 on e) the first time. The second time through, end it with the note in paranthesis- C# (14 on b).
Measures 38-45 (and all the repeats of it): the 14, 15, 14 and 9, 10, 9 parts are tapped using the right hand middle finger and ring finger (middle, ring, middle).
