The sweep shape in measures 3 and 75 is incredibly annoying to play. If anyone has a better way to play it, please email me. Otherwise, just grit your teeth and bear it.
The transition between measures 44 and 45 is tricky. The way that I do it is this: I play the last note (last two notes, actually) of measure 44 with my ring finger, and then shift my hand up to play the first note of measure 45 with my pointer finger.
Going from measure 50 to 51 is also hard. Here is how I do it: The last note of measure 50 is played with my pointer finger. Then the string of G#s at the start of measure 51 is played with my pinky finger, but on the low E string, at fret 16. The second time through the repeat, I play the G#s as shown, on fret 11 of the A string.
