Notice
This is not designed to be a complete account of ALL the guitar parts recorded for this album. There are so many overdubs that the Powertab editor would never be capable of reproducing them all, and besides, it would take a good half dozen guitarists to be able to reproduce that live, so why worry unless you are in Ministry?
If at all possible, use delay on lead lines - around a crotchet's worth (about 350 ms). The wah is generally also open on down beats and open on upbeats, so an autowah on 350ms cycle would also work.
The transcribed harmonics at the start are not a "true" account of the recorded version; just playing around with those sorts of natural harmonic pitches will give the appropriate feel, especially if using large amounts of delay effect.
The first few bars have, for the sake of expedience, been written as patterns of 6/8 ; 6/8 ; 9/8 . However, there is a sense that 21/8 is more appropriate - 21/8 being equivalent to 7 groups of (3 eighth notes), but also allowing for polyrhythms of 3 groups of (7 eighth notes).
Use fuzz, and blend wet and dry with the fuzz to keep low end (as opposed to overdubbing as Ministry do)
