During the verse play the Gtr 2 tab and Gtr 3 is the delay sound you should hear. Use delay set between 440 - 450ms, 2 to 3 repeats, with a medium level setting.

Bars 73 to 76 are played with a pitch shifter set one octave above. Play Gtr 2 tab and Gtr 5 tab is what you should hear.

Use a clean sound for the verses and middle 8, distortion for the chorus and overdrive for the bridge.

Oh, and the outro is played fingerstyle.
