Lyrics
Note these words are narrated and not sung...
A gloomy nighy, a gloomy child...each note is wept from the Instument...a lament of lonliness.
The dearest to his heart walks into his sorrowful Reverie...bringing a new glow to this grey.
And with that he plays for her.
The notes speak for his heart and he plays forth a song to the Flower he so admires.
Hearing his heart over the music, he dicides to ride to her Home and take a chance at picking this flower,
Before she is swept away by the wind.
He sees the black carriage leave...the rain pours forth a Shadow of uncertainty...The barren ebony trees wail in a Forewarning of trouble. The driver troubled by his own affairs Takes the path leading deeper into the forest.
The driver's gone mad! He sees the carriage stumbling over the black dead leaves. A precipice awaits at the edge of the forest..but the boys sights are set on her...his flower.
Unaware that in moments their coffins will be sealed the boy and his flower plummet toward their demise...
Together.
Their eyes meet, and their hearts are poured out from them...grasping the bond they possesed all along...the slowest moments in time.
Grabbing what he can of his beloved the boy is complete.
The last memory is the song his fingers were unable to sing to her. Time regains speed and their eyes are forever closed...the tears of disappointment are stained upon their cheeks as they hit the ground. A raven cirlcles over them...the carriage and the horses, like the trees that surround..broken, bare, and bleeding black...however the boy and girl seemed content...for the look upon their faces were stares of completeness. The circling raven stares overhead...watching, stealing their last breaths.
And the raven flies away from above... and as for the boy and his flower...they are buried forever.
And in death
They
Will not part.
