Notice
1-All guitars are dropped-D tuning. But possibly Vai used normal tuning in Guitar Solo part. The last lick(measure99) is the reason however.
2-And the synth arr. for guitar by normal tuning.
3-In Interlude,it is a true reverse sound by the analog recording technique. It is the tab which gave priority to MIDI sound over practical use.It is not performance by the chord. The guitar part is crossing for volume control of MIDI.It differs from the actual guitar lines. When you actually perform,or when you print out, adjust a tab number for yourself.
4-In Interlude, the rhythm guitar was omitted(open lowD,lowA).The change was compensated with the bass part.
5-In Interlude, synth.part is supporting the guitar sound. It is not performed in practice by the part of only guitars.
6-In Guiter Solo, there is a portion which is higher than an actual tab number. For bent pitch over 3notes(bend limit is 3) and tremolo up.
7-In Guiter Solo(measure89-90),there is no picking.
8-In Guiter Solo(measure91),to be sure,Vai was telling that the lick is NOT arpeggio by sweep at the interview of a Japanese magazine with a tab score explains in 1985 or '86.
1-The bass is dropped-D tuning.
2-Possibly Shea used 10-strings bass for making a heavy sound.
3-In Interlude,it is the tab number with which the guitar part was
compensated. An actual performance is only a low melody(lowD).
