From the beginning of the song to the 2nd chorus, the chord names represent the overall tonality of the finger-picked triplets. From the 2nd chorus to the end of the song, the chord names represent guitar #3. Since guitar #1 and #2 play the same thing throughout the entire song, I thought that sacrificing their chord names for guitar #3 was not going to hinder understanding the song.
