This version of "The Bash" as it appears on Night of the Living Dregs was recorded live at the Montreux Jazz Festival on July 23, 1978.
I've used ghost notes only to help accentuate the dynamics of Steve's playing. Those notes are ALL played inthe solo ... there's no doubt about it!
NOTE: There's a playback glitch at leas on my PC in Measure 56 ... the quarter note on the third beat (string 2 fret 13) is actually a "D" note that should be fretted on the 15th fret ... but for some reason I get the wrong note sounding on playback, so I changed it to the 13th, which actually does sound the D note. Hmmm....
All fingerings are my best guess.
Bass and keyboard parts are very representative of the song itself, but I don't claim them to be exact ...
