The song was released by Blackground/Virgin Records in 2002. It managed to reach number 16 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and number three on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.[1] Althought the single was released in the US only, the song achieved minor airplay on R&B Stations in Europe.
