**Notes about the solo*

(01) You don't have to play exactly what it's on the
paper (I bet Jerry didn't composed the solo note by
note before playing it ;) ). This is about sound, not
about exact imitation. You can use the tab as a guide
to get the same feeling that in the record.

(02) bend + tremolo technique: bend the note and,
while holding it, make an inv. dipe with the tremolo bar.
Then release bend and dive at the same time.

Trivia

“Grind” is a song by American rock band Alice in Chains and the lead single from their album Alice in Chains (1995). It serves as the opening track to the album but, despite being its first single, did not experience the radio longevity of some of its contemporaries. The song was included on the compilation albums Nothing Safe: Best of the Box (1999), Music Bank (1999), Greatest Hits (2001), and The Essential Alice in Chains (2006).
