I know the trumpets sound awful, but thats MIDI for ya. Also for the trumpets they have mutes until the C section. The pattern is closed to open in a simple concise wah.
I transcribed this from Real Book 2, some of the notation is a bit unclear, but I think this is plenty well correct.
Solo section follows the entire sheet.
In the recorded version there is a little groove thing later in one of the last solo sections. This was not included in the Real Book transcription and I did not feel like figuring it out.
Good luck playing this, its quite a killer! Though the chord changes are nice and easy. In a big band arrangement the guitar is supposed to follow the melody, this is not a comping piece. Very simple
