Like most Deadsy songs, this was originally recorded in Drop-A tuning. Tuning down to A is a huge pain in the ass, and as it turns out, this song is perfectly playable in Drop-D tuning, so I've arranged it for that.
The only time where a note lower than low D is played in the song is for an 8th note in bars 33 and 41, where he strums some open strings. I've written it as D5 and it sounds perfectly fine. When playing with that much fuzzy distortion it doesn't make a huge difference anyway.
Im not 100% sure about the snyth parts. The chords might not be exactly what he plays but it sounds pretty much just like it with the MIDI. Also, the fill played in the chorus is an octave higher (I think), but I've written it lower so it can be played on guitar.
