The main rhythm guitar sounds like a 12 strings to me.
Maybe it's not just one guitar doing the rhytmics, I think there are two rhythm guitar panned left and right. For all the song they do the same thing, so I tabbed one, but somewhere in the song I hear some differencies.
Guitar II is very hard to hear. If you listen carefully you'll notice it expecially in the Intro and at the end of the fade out.
In Choruses the third guitar you hear isn't the same used for the solo (like I tabbed instead), but another acoustic, with very heavy strings I think.
Somewhere it seems that there are other instruments playing. There's no other instrument, it's just echoes and reverbs on singer voice,

I've some doubts about bars like 13, 21, 25 and so on.
Maybe it's played an octave lower,
