During the pre-verse hamonics just use 16th notes and move up and down in the same direction, it acualy goes form 5 to 1.5 and back to 5, but that kinda hamonic isn't possible in the program. Just slide your finger from while trem picking the harmonics back and forth and you will get it. During the verse harnonics use a very light distortion. And fof the rest just make it heavy.
Mike Mushok uses a baritone guitar tuned down to Ab, since the neck on a baritone is long it is able to be tuned that low, then it wont work right on a regular 6-string guitar if you tune it that low. If you have a 7-string it will work just as fine.
