**First part of solo is pretty basic, the middle part i'm not sure of but i've seen it tabbed like this and the pitches sound okay. The ending is done by Morello slidding his finders down the fretboard really fast on the bottom strings (closest to ground), while going for the toggle switch.
And for the guitar break in the end, do a nice fat pick slide and for the volume swells, I don't know what goes on, but if i figure it out i'll update.
The intro is an E7 chord, used by Hendrix, check out chord diagram. Make the chord w/ left hand, and use the thumb to play E (7th and open) and then pluck lightly the last notes w/ fingers. This is how Timmy plays it in the Bullet in the Head werehouse video, but I've seen him also play it regular just using the two finger technique. Use whichever.
