Notice
All the guitars tuned to Dropped D: D A D G B E (from low to high)
In the intro, all the clean guitars are using delays.
At measure 9, the chord for guitar 1 represents the overall tonality of the intro guitars and is thus not meant to be played like that. its for midi purposes only.
For guitar 5, at measure 35, to recreate the sound on the cd, using a guitar with les paul style electronics, set the lead volume to 10 and the rhythm volume to 0. Strike the strings while the pickup selector switch is in the lead position, then flip the switch in the rhyhm indicated to simulate the re=attack.
For guitar 4, at measure 53, the guitar part is supposed to be split up and played by two guitars, but due to lack of space I tabbed it out for one. THe upper part is meant to be played with an Octaver set for a an octave above.
For guitar 5 at measure 79, the F# Artificial Harmonic represents feedback. Don't actually play that.
At measure 85, guitar II uses reverb and turns off the delay
At Measure 109 both guitars are heavily chorused
For guitar V at measure 122, gradually bend 2nd string up 1/2 while strumming eight-notes. The same thing applies for guitar IV at measure 127.
For guitar IV at measure 128, the harmonics are all supposed to be at the 19th fret, but for midi purposes I moved it to the 7th fret.
