Guitarists Jesper Strömblad, and Björn Gelotte use many overdubbed tracks this particular song. I tried my best to combine the guitars due to the three staff limit in the program. Björn also employs a harmonizer pedal at times throughout the song. The pedal is set at one octave above, and i have stated in the tab when he turns the pedal off and on. It is pretty obvious though since i added the higher melody as well.
In measure 61 of the guitar solo Jesper accidentally hits the open G string. For some reason they kept that particular take. Maybe he meant to do it. :) Also during the guitar solo in measure 63 if you listen really closely you can hear Jesper playing the harmony one octave lower to what Björn is playing for eight measures, and then switches to a different harmony. You may be thinking couldn't the lower harmony just the harmonizer pedal that Björn uses? I also thought this through, and since guitars 1 and 2 are panned to different speakers it was easy to tell who is playing what. If you listen good enough you can clearly hear the lower harmony on Jespers side. (his guitar is panned to the right side btw, and Björn's is panned to the left.) One last thing to note is the ghost notes and the slide on measure 94. This is very very hard to hear. you will have to listen really closely to hear it. They actually do the same thing in the live version of this song as well.
I have listened to this song countless times and have gone over the tab very carefully. I believe it to be very accurate, but if you have any corrections or questions please feel free to send them to geeko20@yahoo.com or send me a message through the powertab site.
Have fun with the tab. :)
Bassist Peter Iwers basslines mainly just follows the rhythm guitar, but at times he does tend to stray away and do his own thing. For the most part pretty basic, but fun to play. The bass is very accurate i believe.
