Notice
1. I am not very sure what the proper tuning for this song should be. Initially I tabbed this using the standard tuning and it sounded right. The next time I tabbed it (I didn't finish this in one sitting. In fact, I think I finished this in four takes) I noticed I had to do it one whole step higher. And the last time I tabbed it (for the voice) I was back to standard tuning.
But take note that most, if not all, of the song books and other tabs (that I have seen) for this song use standard tuning. They use the same scale (E Major) as I do.
2. I think that the tab (for the guitar) doesn't quite capture the song. There are so many pauses in the song, usually represented by the beat signatures 1/4 and 2/4, that made it hard to tab. For one, I had the option of using the "ritardando" which was quite appropriate but it had its own side effects. There is a bug it the powertab which causes the delay of the playing of the notes every time there is a change of tempo. I had to eschew the "ritardando" option.
3. The tab for the voice. I made this as a guide for someone learning the song. Please don't expect much if you are looking for accuracy. If ever you will rate the tab, I hope you don't include the voice tab in your judgment.
4. This song appears in several of Bishop's albums. Usually they are "collection" or "best of" albums.
