This song is far more simple than it sounds, since for most of the song Flynn is playing variations on the same two chords (Fmaj7 & Dm7). The trick to getting it to sound good is to make sure all the tonal changes (such as delay & distortion) are done cleanly. They're indicated on the score for your convenience...
The distorted guitar (Gtr I) is actually two guitars (panned left and right) arranged for one. I've transcribed the basic riffs, but Flynn does adlib the occasional small variation on repeats. Finally, I'm not 100% sure on the distorted guitar in the 2nd half of the Bridge, but I should be close. Be sure to look out for Luke's use of effects (which have been notated on the score), particularly the delay in the bridge for it's not immediately obvious. Otherwise this song should be smooth sailing. Luke seems to like to improvise alot during the choruses, you should do the same...
