The cover says that this performance of the song has been played on a Martin 12-string (without cutaway). Most likely the Martin J12-65M 1985 -serial 456261 (information from "The Steve Howe Guitar Collection" - page 75-76).
The guitar is tuned in dropped D: (D-A-D-G-B-E).
I tabbed the original "Sketches In The Sun" from GTR - GTR and this one, because there are some remarkable differences between the original and this performance. There are some extensions in the phrasing, and differences in the scaleruns. But you can also determine and understand the notes better by analysing both performances.
